Spelt and puff pastry mini savory pies

What did I use

a baking tray, a sheet of baking paper, a knife, a little bowl, a spoon

Ingredients

1 puff pastry roll, square

8 tablespoons of cooked spelt

1 yolk

1 tablespoon of flax seeds

100 gr of Ricotta

few datterini tomatoes, cut in thin slices

How did I do

I stretched the puff pastry and I cut it in 4 squares.

I mixed the ricotta with the spelt and the yolk.

I put a tablespoon of filling in each of the squares, I put the slices of tomatoes on it and I closed them, pressing well the borders and cutting the surface with the knife.

I sprinkled with the seeds and baked at medium-high heat for avout 20 minutes, until brownish on the surface.

I served lukewarm.
