This recipe has been thought to let people who don’t really like beans and corn eat them, for purely personal satisfaction. I wanted to give myself a try! So I acted like mums do with children: if they don’t eat something, let us do a cream with it! I tried also to make a recipe adapt to intolerance to gluten using rice flour instead of the wheat one.

What did I use
A cutting board, a knife, 2 nonstick pots, a wooden spoon, a spoon, a flat plate, a blender
Ingredients
Rice flour
Minced onion
Little beans, boiled: 200 gr
Corn, boiled: 200 gr
White wine: half a glass
Chicken breast: 6 slices
Olive oil
Salt/ Pepper
Cream: 100 ml
How did I do
I cut the chicken breast in strips, I put salt and pepper on them and I passed them in the rice flour.
I reheated a spoon of oil in both the pots and browned the onion in one of them.
I added beans and corn and seared them for few minutes.
I added salt and pepper and I put them in the blender to make a cream.
In the other pot, I cooked for few minutes the chicken adding wine.
I èut the cream of beans and corn again in the pot and I added cream cooking for few minutes at slow fire.
In every plate I put few spoons of the cream and the chicken strips on it. Finally, I decorated with some beans and corn.
Buon appetito!
