What did I use
a bowl, a spoon, a toaster, a knife, a small pot, a cutting board, a serving plate
Ingredients
green salad to taste
sandwich bread: 4 slices
sardines fillet, dried: 4
coconut crean: 1 tablespoon
white vinegar: few drops
honey: 1 teaspoon
mustard: half a teaspoon
minced parsley to taste
eggs: 1
salt/ white and black pepper to taste
red pepper: 1/4
How did I do
I boiled the eggs in the pot with plenty of water.
In the meantime I minced the sardines finely and I mixed them with cream, mustard, honey, parsley, some salt and pepper.
I toasted the bread and I spreaded the sardines’ cream on each slice. I cut the eggs in half and I put them on the sardines’ cream.
I cut the pepper in thin slices and I placed it over the eggs. I sprinkled with some pepper and I served my open-sandwiches on a salad bed.
Buon appetito!
Looks good I bet it tastes great
I need someone to make me this dish
I’m thinking about becoming personal chef actually 🙂
