My mother’s recipe of apple cake, my favourite, the one with I started to love this cake, the one unequaled to every other apple cake I ever eat, the one that reminds me a lot of memories and that tastes like love. Simple and really tasty.

What did I use
a large bowl, a cutting board, a knife, a wooden spoon, a whisk, a sheet of baking paper, alittle bowl to melt the butter in the microwave
Ingredients
100 gr of butter + 50
juice of 1 lemon
100 gr of sugar + 50
2 eggs
150 gr of potato starch or flour
6 gr baking powder
500 gr of apples + 50
How did I do
I peeled and cut the apples in thin slices.
I beat the eggs with sugar, adding flour or starch, baking powder, lemon juice and 100 gr of melted butter and mixing well. I added 500 gr of apples and mixed.
I put the dough in the mould covered with baking paper, adding the remaining apples pressing them in the dough and spreading with the remaining sugar and the remaining butter cut in fleaks.
I cooked in the oven at 200°C for about one hour. I always control the cooking with a wooden stick.
I served lukewarm or cold.
