A super soft cake perfect for a breakfast full of energy and of 100% vegan delicacy. Dark chocolate and kiwi together with the rustic taste of this dough create a sweet, warm, intense and a little sour taste that matches perfectly with a caramel tea or a spicy hot drink.

What did I use
A plum cake mould, a large bowl, a spoon, a cutting board, a knife, a sheet of oven paper
Ingredients
100 gr almond milk
100 gr flour (I used 50 gr of white flour and 50 gr of whole grain flour)
20 gr seeds oil
10 gr brown sugar
40 gr white sugar
40 gr dark chocolate
2 kiwi
5 gr baking powder
How did I do
I mixed first all the dry ingredients in the bowl. I added milk and oil and mixed until smooth and compact.
I peeled the kiwifruits and cut them in little cubes remembering to keep few slices to put on the surface.
I roughly chop the dark chocolate and added it together with the kiwifruits to the batter.
I reheated the oven at 160 ° C, covered the mould with the baking paper and poured the batter in it. I put the slices of kiwi on it and cooked for about 30 minutes.
I let it cool and served lukewarm or cold.
Buon appetito!
