A vegan pureed soup easy and fast for a light and yummy last-minute dinner.

What did I do
a pot with its lid, a spoon, a blender, a cutting board, a knife
Ingredients
250 gr of frozen peas
1 potato, medium-sized
vegetables broth as required
half an onion
oil, salt, pepper to taste
How did I do
I cleaned the onion, I peeled the potato and I cut them in pieces.
I reheated two spoons of oil in the pot at medium-low fire and I added the onion, the potato and the peas. I let it cook for few minutes.
I add salt and pepper and covered with the broth. I covered with the lid and I cooked for about 20 minutes.
I put everything in the blender for few minutes, remembering to keep few peas for the final decoration, until creamy and soft.
I served dressing with a little fresh oil, black pepper and peas.
