I went to Ireland for few days with a friend of mine for holidays and of course we had to try the original Irish coffee. Then I saw something different that catched my eyes immediately: Baileys Coffee! I love Baileys and since I bought a little bottle of original Irish whiskey to take home with me I tried to do it at home, of course with an italian touch. Exquisite!

What did I use
A machine for espresso coffee or a moka, a large bowl, electric whisks, two glasses (250 ml)
Ingredients
56 gr of Baileys
140 gr espresso + 60 gr of hot water
28 gr of irish whiskey
few spoons of heavy cream, to whip
cinnamon powder
How did I do
I mixed coffee, baileys, water and whiskey and poured it in the glasses.
I whipped slightly the cream. It has to be smooth and creamy but not whipped!
I poured the cream on the coffee and decorated with a pinch of cinnamon.
I served immediately.
