I love this semifreddo because it is really creamy thanks to the Nutella in it and it never goes totally frozen like the other lighter semifreddos. Also people who usually don’t like this kind of dessert like this one. Also children love it.

What did I use
A large glass bowl, a wooden spoon, aluminum cups, a whisk a spatula, 2 little pots
Ingredients
Eggs:2
Sugar: 2 spoons
Water: 100 ml
Cream to whip: 200 ml + to decorate
Nutella:150 gr
Milk chocolate: 100 gr
How did I do
I melted the chocolate Bain- Marie.
I let the water boil with sugar for few minutes to form a syrup and I added it to the whipped eggs.
I continued to beat with the whisk adding chocolate and Nutella.
I added the whipped cream with the spatula, slowly.
I put the dough in the aluminium cups and let it stand in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Serve with whipped cream and chocolate toppings or flakes, or with sour black cherries.
