I open the fridge. A plate of boiled beans, a zucchini, a tomato and some cheese. Why not trying to prepare a tart or a pie? I decided for the pie because I served it with some mini Bruschettas of remaining bread. I love leftovers recipes!

What did I use
a cake mould size 20 cm, a sheet of oven paper, a blender, a non-stick pot, a spoon
Ingredients
Zucchini:1
Tomato:1
Boiled beans: 300 gr more or less
Minced Grana Padano: 6 spoons
Cheese of your preference, minced: 4 spoons
Milk: 4 spoons
Salt/pepper as required
Olive oil: 2 spoons
Bread: 6 slices
Oregano as required
black olives: few
How did I do
I reheat the oil in the pot. I cut the zucchini and the tomatoes in slices and cooked them few minutes.
I put the beans, the milk, salt and pepper in the blender.
I reheated the oven at 200°C.
I put the sheet of oven paper in the cake mould. I put the zucchini on the bottom, then half of the Grana Padano and half of the other cheese, then the beans cream, then the remaining Grana and the other cheese, then the tomatoes. I put some oregano on the tomatoes and the black olives on the top .
I baked in the oven for about 20 minutes.
In the meanwhile I prepared the little bruschettas. I cut the slices of bread in 2. I put on each of them some oregano and a little olive oil. I put in the oven the last 5 minutes of the cooking of the pie, on a baking tray with a sheet of oven paper.
I served hot or lukewarm.
Buon appetito!
