I had the desire to prepare a sauce to serve with some pan-roasted white meat that didn’t seem complete alone. Here is the result: a dense smooth sweet and sour sauce perfect to serve with every type of white meat. Soft and creamy.

What did I use
a non-stick pan, a wooden spoon, a bowl, a whisk
Ingredients
Water as required
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
6 tablespoons of tomato sauce
salt to taste
1 tablespoon of flour
white dry wine to taste
How did I do
In the bowl, I mixed a pair of tablespoons of wine and a pair of tablespoons of water and I melted the water in it, mixing well with the whisk. I added also the tomato sauce, the salt and the brown sugar.
I put on the low heat and I mixed until it boiled and became dense.
I turned off the fire and I added the minced parsley.
I served with some flouered chicken, cooked with a little oil, salted and poured some Custoza to give the last flavour.
Buon appetito!
