Tired of already made turkey burgers, I personalized the basic recipe of the homemade ones adding some vegetables to make them sweeter.

What did I use
A cutting board, a knife for meat, a big bowl, a wooden spoon, a large nonstick pot, a spatula
Ingredients
Turkey breast: 1 (if you have the minced one is ok anyway)
pink salt
Minced bread: 3 spoons
Minced parsley: 3 spoons
Egg: 1
Pepper
Shallots: 1
Carrot: 1
Olive oil
How did I do
I cut in cubes the turkey breast after having washed and dried it with paper towels.
I minced it with the peeled and I cut carrots and shallots.
I mixed everything with eggs, bread, salt, pepper and parsley.
I reheated the oil in the pot.
I formed the burgers with hands and cooked them 3/5 minutes for side at medium fire. ( They had to result crunchy outside and soft inside being well cooked anyway.)
I served them with fresh cherry tomatoes and a simple sauce made by mixing mayonnaise and ketchup!
