I prepare often risotti with fruit and kiwi has a taste that combined to rice I really like… in this version i wanted to create a first course really creamy using cheese and yoghurt.

What did I use
a cutting board, a knife, a nonstick large pan, a wooden spoon
Ingredients
Rice Vialone Nano or Arborio: 200 gr
Kiwi, ripe: 4
Philadelphia cheese: 80 gr
Kiwi yoghurt: 1
Milk: 2/3 spoons
Vegetables broth as required
Rhum: 2/3 spoons
Minced onion: 1 spoon
Butter: 1 teaspoon
How did I do
I browned the onion in the hot butter in the pan, I added rice and cooked it for about 2 minutes at medium-high fire.
I added Rhum and cooked slowly adding broth little by little. In the meanwhile I cleaned, washed and cut kiwi in little cubes remembering to keep few slices for the final decoration.
5 minutes before the ending of the cooking I added kiwi and Philadelphia cheese.
I turned off the dire and added yoghurt and milk.
I served hot, decorated with the slices of kiwi.
