Sour cream salmon

Salmon is maybe my favourite fish, tasty, fast and easy to prepare, versatile and soft. In this recipe I prepared in a very simple way, roasted, but with tasty flavours.

What did I use

a bowl, two non-stick pans

Ingredients

Fresh salmon: 1 big piece or 2 small, about 200 gr

Black or pink pepper: a teaspoon

Extra virgin olive oil as required

Salt to taste

Fast sour cream, homemade , prepared with a little lemon juice, plenty of fresh heavy cream and some yoghurt mixed together and let stand covered with a rag at room temperature.

Chives, minced, or timian to taste

How did I do

I roasted in one pan the pepper with a spoon of oil at medium-high heat for few minutes.

In the other pan, reheat the other spoon of oil and cook the salmon for about 5 minutes.

In the bowl, I mixed the pepper with the sour cream and the chives .

I served immediately my salmon poured with the pepper-flavor sour cream. I served it with little onions and freshcarrots.
