What did I use
a pot,a non-stick pan, a wooden spoon, a knife, a cutting board
Ingredients
some leek, cut finely for the sautèed
80 gr of whole grain tagliatelle
40 gr of smoked salmon, roughly cut
1 spoon of spreadable cheese mixed with a little milk (I usually use a light spreadable cheese and some skimmed milk to maintain light the recipe) or 1 spoon of cream (when I am gluttonous)
fresh parsley to taste
pepper to taste
How did I do
I made a sautèed in the non-stick pan with the leek and some oil.
I cooked the tagliatelle al dente in salted water (about 7 minutes).
I dried them (remembering to keep some cooking water) and I put it in the non-stick pan together with the mixture of cheese and milk or the cream and a tablespoon of cooking water.
I added salmon, pepper and parsley, cooked for one minute more mixing well, turned off the fire and served immediately.
