Sometimes I wake up in the morning swearing at myself for not having prepared a sweet the day before because I really want a good breakfast. These vegan sweet burritos are ready in few minutes, they are delicious and healthy and satisfy my desire of sweets!

What did I use
a non-stick pan, a knife, a spoon
Ingredients
Banana: 1
Flour tortillas: 2
Flavored strawberries jam (I used a homemade jam made by a friend of mine, strawberries and rosemary, but you can use also strawberries and chocolate, or strawberries and mint and so on): 2 spoons
Cinnamon powder: 1 teaspoon
Seeds oil: 1 spoon
Brown sugar: 1 small paper bag
Vanilla icing sugar: 1 teaspoon
How did I do
At the center of each tortilla I spreaded a spoon of jam, put on it the peeled and cut in half banana and sprinkled with half teaspoon of cinnamon powder. I closed the tortilla as a burrito.
I reheated the oil in the non-stick pan and when it was hot I cooked the tortillas one minute all the four sides.
While they were hot I rolled the burritos in the brown sugar mixed with the vanilla icing sugar. I cut in two or in slices and served lukewarm,
