vegetable cheese: 1 spoon, minced

How did I do
I slightly buttered the cup, broke the eggs in it and mixed with the fork until smooth. I added the cheese and mixed again.
I cooked in the microwave for about 1 minutes, sprinkled with my toppings and served lukewarm.
