What did I use
a baking tray, a cutting board, a knife, a bowl
Ingredients
150 gr of apple (I used some apples that I freezed some times ago and that I let slightly de-freeze at room temperature before using them)
50 gr of frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons of brown cane sugar
1 tablespoon of 00 flour
60 gr of rolled oatfleaks
30 gr of vegan butter, soft + as required
How did I do
I preheated the oven at 180°C.
I buttered the baking tray.
I cut the apple in small cubes and I mixed it in the baking tray with half of the flour and the sugar.
I mixed in the bowl the oatfleaks with the butter and the remaining flour and I spreaded it on the fruit.
I baked for about 45 minutes.
I let it cool a bit before serving.
