Oven baked chips with yoghurt sauce

A healthy and fit alternative to the classic industrial chips, served with a light and dense sauce prepared with few ingredients.

What did I use

a cutting board, a knife, a baking tray, oven paper, a bowl, a whisk


1 medium-sized potato

Extra virgin olive oil as required

Ground garlic/salt to taste

homemade yoghurt sauce

How did I do

I cut the potatoes in very thin slices and I dried them with some sheets of paper. I salted and added a little ground garlic.

I greased the baking tray covered by baking paper. I put the slices of potatoes distant one from the other.

I baked at 200°C for about 20 minutes, flipping them over at half cooking.

I let it cool and served with the sauce.

    Elegantissima ricetta.
    Un’occasione per provare lo skyr. Avevo cominciato a notarlo sugli scaffali del supermercato ma ancora non mi sono lanciato.
