I had some brisée dough that I prepared the day before in the fridge and I was thinking to use it for a simple and fast dessert, so I opted for this tasty blackberries pie! A real delicacy!

What did I use
a baking tray, a sheet of oven paper, a fork, a little bowl, a tablespoon, a little silicon brush
Ingredients
125 gr of brisèe dough,
100 gr of frozen blackberries, cooked for few minutes at 700W in the microwave
1 tablespoon of white sugar
1 teaspoon of flour
1 tablespoon of red blueberry jam
cinnamon as required
How did I do
I mixed the blackberries with the jam, the honey and the flour.
I stretched the brisée dough with the rolling pin on a slightly flouered pastry board.
I made some holes in the brisée dough with the fork, I put the filling on it and I closed the border. I put it on the baking tray with oven paper. I spreaded with some milk.
I baked at 180°C for about 30 minutes, or until brownish.
I let it become lukewarm and I covered with cinnamon before serving.
