Mini pizzas, my love! Here you have another recipe, this time very basic, let’s say classic, for some soft and fluffy mini pizzas.
Time of preparation
about 3 hours total
Servings

What did I do
a large bowl, a wooden spoon, baking trays, sheets of oven paper, a glass to make the mini pizzas, a rolling pin, a pastry board
Ingredients
5 g of sugar
4 g of salt
1 teaspoon of oregano
2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil
3 g of dry yeast
190 g of flour
140 ml of water
How did I do
In the bowl, I combined all the dry ingredients, I mixed well with the wooden spoon.
I poured 2 spoons of oil in the water and mixed well. I poured the liquid ingredients in the dry ones and kneaded with the spoon first then on the pastry board, until compact and soft. When necessary, I add some more flour.
I let it grow in the bowl, covering with plastic wrap, for about one hour and a half.
I removed the dough from the bowl, I kneaded it a little more on the pastry board sprinkled with flour and I stretched it with the rolling pin without pressing it too much (even better if one uses the hands).
With the glass, I cut about 25-30 circles.
I put the circles of dough in the baking trays covered with oven paper and I let it grow for another one hour.
In the meanwhile, I preheated the oven at 220 °C.
When the circles were grown and soft, I dressed them with tomato sauce, mozzarella, some with wurstels, some with greek olives and fresh mushrooms and others with grilled wegetables.
I cooked in the oven for about 20 minutes.
I served warm.
Buon appetito!
