What did I use
a non-stick little pot, a wooden spoon, a knife, a cutting board
Ingredients
White onion: 1/3
New potatoes: 2
Chili beans: half can
Tomato paste: 1 teaspoon
water as required
Ground curry: half a teaspoon
Ground chili pepper: a pinch
Ground garlic: a pinch
Extra virgin olive oil: 1 spoon
Salt to taste
Minced basil as required
How did I do
I minced the onion and made a sautéed with oil and the flavors (basil, chili pepper, curry, salt, garlic) . When it was brownish, I lowered the fire and added the tomato paste, to let it melt in the sautéed.
I cut the potatoes in little cubes and added them to the soup. I covered with hot water and let it boil for 15 minutes.
I added the beans and let the soup boil for other 10 minutes.
I served warm with some fresh oil and freshly ground pepper.
Buon appetito!
