Summer = salads, at least for me, a healthy and creative way to light lunches and dinners, nutritious and fresh. Here is another of the many combinations tried this summer.
Time of preparation
about 10 minutes
Servings
3
What did I use
a cutting board, a knife, a large bowl
Ingredients
1 large apple
1 large pear
Fleaks of old Monte Veronese
Fleaks of old Grana Padano
2 teaspoons of honey
balsamic vinegar glaze
green salad of the preferred type
2 tablespoons of extravirgin olive oil
salt/pepper to taste
How did I do
I washed and peeled the apple and the pear, I took off the seeds and I cut the fruit in medium-sized cubes.
I cleaned the salad, I put the desired quantity in the dish and I put the fruit on it. I added the fleaks of cheese and the walnuts and I dressed with oil, salt and pepper.
I used the balsamic vinegar glaze to decorate and I served immediately. I served it with some rice cakes to have it light and gluten-free.
Buon appetito!
