Have you ever thought of cooking cucumbers in a pan? Cucumbers become sweet and tender this way, a perfect side dish for a tasty second course, in my case some smoked trout carpaccio.

What did I use
a non-stick pan, a knife, a cutting board
Ingredients
Cucumber: 1 big
Butter: 1 spoon
Minced parsley: 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
How did I do
I peeled the cucumber and cut it in little cubes.
I reheated the butter together with the parsley in the pan and when it was melted I added the cucumber, a pinch of salt and cooked for about 10 minutes or until tender.
I served warm.
