Hotdog and rocket salad gluten free tarts

I discovered that on the market you can find the gluten free puff pastry so I started to use it for my recipes dedicated to intolerant people. It’s not bad I have to say, even if at the beginning I was not so confident about it. I used his recipi to cook some remaining rocket salad that I didn’t know how to use .

What did I use

Few silicon muffins moulds, a knife

Ingredients

Gluten free puff pastry 1 roll

Rucola 150 gr

Mozzarella 200 gr

Hot dogs 2

Olive oil

Salt

How did I do

I reheated the oven at 200°C.

I unrolled the puff pastry and I cut it together with its paper in cubes (as big as the silicon moulds).

I put it in the moulds and I perforated it in few points with a fork.

I filled it with the rucola and the mozzarella and the wurstels cut in slices.

I put some salt on the tarts and a little oil and cooked in the oven for about 20 minutes.

I served hot or lukewarm.
