Ginger biscuits with chocolate drops

These crumbly cookies are not too sweet but very tasty. They’re perfect with coffee to offer to guests.

What did I use

A wooden spoon, a large glass bowl, a sheet of oven paper, a baking tray

Ingredients

Butter: 120 gr

Sugar: 60 gr

Egg:1

Flour: 200 gr

Ginger, minced: 1 teaspoon

Chocolate drops

How did I do

I mixed the soften butter with sugar.

I added eggs, flour, ginger. I made a compact dough, mixing with hands.

I added chocolate drops ( about 100 gr) and mixed again.

I formed few little balls and I put them on the baking tray with oven paper, not too near between each other.

I cooked for 15 minutes at 180°C.

I served cold.
