What did I use
An electric whisk, a bowl, a cup, a spoon, a little pot, a little bowl
Ingredients
100 gr of heavy cream
200 gr of whole Greek yoghurt with cream
25 gr of honey
5 gr of dark cocoa + as required
a sheet of gelatine
ground hazelnut
How did I do
I wet the gelatine in a little bowl for about 10 minutes.
With the whisk, I whipped the heavy cream, the yoghurt, the cocoa, the vanilla and the honey until creamy and compact.
I melted the sheet of gelatine after drying it at low heat in the pot together with a little batter.
I poured in the cup, decorated with cocoa and hazelnuts.
I let it cool in the fridge for few hours before serving.
