Cinnamon sugary cake

This cake is without eggs and the crunchy sugary surface creates a delicious contrast with the soft dough. This is for sure the perfect cake for sugar and cinnamon lovers!

What did I use

A baking tray, baking paper, a large bowl and a little one, two spoons

Ingredients

For the dough

64 gr of all purpose flour

60 gr of milk

30 gr of sugar

A pinch of salt

Half tablespoon of baking powder

Few drops of vanilla extract

Half tablespoon of butter

For the top

25 gr of butter

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

30 gr of sugar

How did I do

I mixed all the dry ingredients in the large bowl. I added the liquid ones little by little, mixing well until smooth.

I covered the baking tray with baking paper and poured the dough in.

In the little bowl I mixed sugar and cinnamon. I sprinkled on the surface. I added the butter cut in flakes.

I cooked at 180 degrees C for about 25 minutes, controlling the cooking. I let it cool completely, cut in cubes or in slices and served.
