Another alternative to the classic pancakes, this time a “comfy” one: oven baked bancakes (in this case lactose-free as well). I love to cook things in the oven because you can “forget about them” until a timer rings and continue to cook other things in the meantime.

What did I use
a baking tray, a sheet of baking paper, a whisk, a spoon
Ingredients
110 gr of flour
1 spoon of baking powder
2 spoons of honey
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 egg
110 gr of oatmilk
4 spoons of vegan butter
How did I do
I preheated the oven at 180°C.
I melt the butter and beat it in the bowl with honey, eggs, milk, vanilla. I added then flour and bakind powder and mixed until smooth and compact.
I poured the mixture in the baking tray, covered with baking paper.
I baked for about 30 minutes.
I cut in cubes, then in half and I filled every of them with sugarfree jam and vegan butter before serving.
