48 gr of creamy peanut butter
17 gr white granulated sugar
1 large egg
some Greek yoghurt
What did I use
a microwave-safe mug , a bowl, a whisk, a spoon
How did I do
I whisked all ingredients in the bowl until the batter was smooth and compact. I poured it in the mug and microwaved at 600W for about 2 minutes, controlling the cooking every 30 seconds.
I let the cake cool down a few minutes before decorating with some banana and some Greek yoghurt.
