This is the basic recipe I usually use to make crepes, in its version both for salted and sweet crepes.
Time of cooking
15 minutes
Servings

What did I use
a whisk, some wrap, a wooden spoon, a glass bowl, a pan for crepes, a spatula to turn them
Ingredients
Egg: 1
Flour: 83 gr
Butter: 13 gr + as required (or a full spoon of olive oil)
Milk: 166 gr
for the salted ones
a pinch of salt
for the sweet ones
vanilla extract: 2 drops
sugar: 17 gr
How did I do
I mixed the sifted flour with salt because I wanted to make the salted crepes (with sugar and vanilla extract when I want to prepare the sweet ones).
I added milk and I whisked well. I added eggs and melted butter and covered with a sheet of wrap.
I let it stand in the fridge for about half an hour.
I reheated the pan, melted a teaspoon of butter and when it was hot I poured a ladle of dough, trying to cover all the surface of the pan. I cooked about one minute for side. I continued in this way until I finished the dough.
At this point my crepes were ready to be filled!
Buon appetito!
