Here is a very tasty vegan recipy, nutritious and healthy that everybody will appreciate! These legumesballs are perfect to serve as a starter in little servings or in hamburgers as a main course.

Time of cooking

about 20 minutes



What did I use

a nonstick pot, a bowl, a fork, a baking tray, baking paper, a glass, a knife, a cutting board


Mix of legumes, dripped: 400 gr

Olive oil: 1 spoon + as required

Minced garlic as required

Minced onion: half

Minced oregano and basil as required

Minced bread about 150 gr

Salt and pepper as required

Some rice flour

Some whole grain bread

Some grilled zucchini

Some cherry tomatoes

Some black olives

How did I do

I mashed the beans with a fork.

I browned the onion with oil and garlic for few minutes.

I mixed the sautéed with the herbs, the tomato paste, the beans and the flour.

I added salt and pepper and formed balls with my hands.

I pressed them slightly and passed them in the rice flour. I put them on the baking tray covered with baking paper and a little oil.

I cooked at medium-high temperature for about 20 minutes, until brownish.

I cut with a glass 4 circles of bread and I reheated them also in the oven. I composed my mini-vegan hamburgers: legumesballs, grilled zucchini, mustard, cherry tomatoes cut in slices and a little black olive on the top.

I served and ate hot!
