Cocoa muffins

Here there is another classic of the Muffins’ world: simple cocoa Muffins, good for everybody.

What did I use

a wooden spoon, a large bowl, two middle-sized bowls, paper muffins moulds

Ingredients

00 flour: 100 gr

Cocoa (without sugar): 30 gr

Sugar: 95 gr

Baking powder: 4 gr

Milk (possibly whole): 75 gr

Egg: 1

Butter: 30 gr

How did I do

I mixed all the dry ingredients (baking powder, sugar, cocoa and flour) and all the liquid ingredients together (eggs, melted butter, milk).

I united the two mixtures together, mixing well.

I filled the moulds.

I baked in the oven for 15 minutes.

I let them cool and served.
