I wanted to try a chilled with white Skyr and few other ingredients so I tried this recipe. In my host family they really appreciated it, expecially the little guy, who was very proud of eating two slices!

What did I use
a sheet of oven paper, a 20 cm cake mold, a bowl, a spatula, a wooden spoon, a cutting board, a knife, a whisk
White Skyr: 500 gr
Cream: 250 gr
Sugar: 50 gr + 1 spoon
Digestive biscuits: 10
Butter: 60 gr
Strawberries jam as required
Red fruits (fresh or frozen) as required
Dark chocolate as required
Gelatine: 3 sheets
Vanilla extract: few drops
How did I do
I crushed the biscuits and mixed them with the spoon of sugar and the melted butter.
I put the sheet of oven paper in the mold and pressed the dough with hands. I let it stand in the freezer.
I whisked the cream until it was whipped.
I mixed the Skyr with sugar, vanilla and cream with the spatula, slowly.
I melted the gelatine in a little pot with a spoon of mixture.
I put the cream in the mold on the biscuits base and I let it stand in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
I cut in 10 slices, put the cake on a serving plate then I decorated with the jam, the fruits and the minced chocolate.
I let it stand in the freezer until half an hour/an hour before eating it, putting it in the fridge in the remaining time.
