Prosciutto crudo and black pepper pasta

How many are the combinatios that one can create to dress pasta? Probably an infinite number, from the simplest way to the most complicated, from the fast recipes to the ones which require a long preparation, vegan, vegetarian, lactose or gluten free and so on. I like simple but efficient sauces, like this one with prosciutto crudo and pepper, very tasty and with few minutes of preparation.

What did I use

a non-stick pan, a cutting board, a knife, a pot

Ingredients

Pasta, short ( I used gluten-free peas pasta): 80 gr

Prosciutto crudo: 2 slices

Ground cheese: 1 tablespoon

Extra virgin olive oil: 2 tablespoons

Black pepper, ground at the moment: a pinch

How did I do

I cut in thin pieces the slices of prosciutto crudo. I reheated the non-stick pan and I cooked the prosciutto for few minutes without adding fat.

In the meanwhile, I let plenty of salted water boil in the pot and I cooked the pasta al dente. Before drying it, I took a ladle of cooking water and I kept aside.

I let the pasta cook in the non-stick pan at slow heat for about 1 minute.

I reheated a spoon of olive oil, I put in it the pasta, I covered with the cheese and I added the cooking water and I let the pasta cook in the cheese for one minute at slow fire.

I added the black pepper, mixed and served.
