Grilled tuna

This is a recipe one can use with all the types of fish by the slice.
It’s a simple and fast way to obtain a tasty and light second course.

What did I use

A grilled, a silicon brush, a little ceramic bowl, a teaspoon

Ingredients

Fresh tuna: 2 big slices

Lemon: a half

Oregano: 1 teaspoon

Olive oil: 2 spoons

Salt

How did I do

I reheated the grilled.

I prepared a sauce with oil, lemon juice, salt and oregano and I painted it on the fish.

I cooked few minutes both sides, painting them continuously with the sauce.

I served hot.

I served the grilled tuna with fresh vegetables.
