I lightly modified a recipe of an apple cake to prepare it in this version, reducing the time of cooking and making it perfect for my recipes under 30 minutes. Here you are!

a large glass bowl, a wooden spoon, a knife, silicon moulds
Ingredients
Eggs: 3
Sugar: 9 spoons
Flour: 250 gr
Maizena or starch: 50 gr
Vanilla extract: 4/5 drops
Baking powder: 16 gr
Lemon: minced peel and half juice
Butter: 80 gr
White yoghurt: 3 full spoons
Apples: 4
How did I do
I peeled and cut in little slices the apples.
I beated sugar and egg.
I added yoghurt, melted butter, sifted flour and baking powder, maizena, lemon’s minced peel and juice and vanilla extract. I mixed well and finally added the apples.
I washed the silicon moulds and filled them with the dough.
I baked in the oven for about 20 minutes.
I let them cool and I served them with fresh blueberries and sprinkled with icing sugar.
