Ingredients
Mackerell in tomato sauce: 160 gr
Eggs: 2
Olive oil as required
Water as required
Brown sugar: 1 teaspoon
Sweet chili sauce: 1 teaspoon
Dry chili pepper to taste
Dry garlic to taste
Black pepper to taste
Carrot: 1/4
Onion: 1/4
How did I do
I cleaned and roughly minced carrot and onion. I made a sautéed with hot olive oil, chili pepper, sugar, garlic and pepper.
I added the mackerell, broken into pieces and the sweet chili sauce and let it cook with a little water covered with the lid at medium-low fire for about 5 minutes.
I beated the eggs in the bowl with a little water and added them to the other ingredients. I cooked covered for about 3 minutes then with the spatula I mixed everything fastly. I served hot with some fresh salad.
