a baking tray, a sheet of oven paper, a large bowl, a teaspoon, a wooden spoon
Ingredients
00 flour: 260 gr
Butter: 180 gr
Vanillin: a pinch
Sugar: 100 gr + as required
Salt as required
Hazelnut cream or jam as required
How did I do
I beat soften butter with sugar.
I added flour, salt and vanillin.
I formed little balls, I put them on the tray with oven paper and I let them stand in the fridge for about half an hour.
I cooked at 190°C for 20 minutes, and while they were still warm, I rolled them in the remaining sugar.
I let them cool one minute and unite the biscuits two by two with half a teaspoon of hazelnut cream.
