A fluffly cream prepared with the classic icelandic Skyr (or the Greek yoghurt) and few more ingredients for a tasty, fresh and simple dessert.

What did I use
A whisk, an electric whisk, a spatula, a little colander, a glass
Ingredients
Vanilla Skyr: 500 gr
Honey: 1 teaspoon
Egg: 1
Black cherry in their syrup to taste
Amaretto biscuits: a dozen
How did I do
I separated the yolk from the egg white. I beated the yolk with honey with the whisk and the egg white with the electric whisk until it was whipped.
I added with the spatula the Skyr to the mix of honey and yolk, then, gently, I added the egg white as well.
I put some black cherries iwith their syrup then the the cream in the glass and sprinkle with some roughly minced amaretto biscuits. I put few more cherries on the layer of amaretto biscuits and I repetead another time, finishing with few black cherries.
I put the cream in the fridge for at least 3 hours before to eat it.
