A simple and beautiful cake, for those who like sweet and traditional tastes.

What did I use
a cake mould, a large bowl, a whisk,
caramel as required
100 gr sugar
75 gr flour
4 spoons of pineapple juice
slices of pineapple as required
1 teaspoon of baking powder
How did I do
I spreaded the caramel on the bottom of the mould, then I covered it with the slices of pineapple.
In the bowl, I mixed with the whisk the egg yolks with the sugar , the flour, the pineapple juice, the baking powder and the whipped egg whites.
I poured the batter in the mould and I cooked in the oven at medium heat for about 40 minutes or until brownish on the surface.
I immediately put the cake on a serving plate, and I waited for it to cool down. I decorated with fresh cherries and strawberries and I served.
