I love oriental cuisine, from the chinese one to the Japanese one passing through the thai one, so at home, to variate from italian dishes, I sometimes try to put some oriental taste in them, as in this case, substituting olive oil with seeds oil and salt with soy sauce. The presence of red wine is an Italian detail, giving this plate his peculiarity.

A wok, a wooden spoon
Ingredients
Beef strips: 300 gr
Seeds oil: 2 spoons
Brown sugar: 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce: 4 spoons
Red wine: half a glass
Rice flour: 2 spoons
How did I do
I passed the strips in the flour.
I cooked them for 2 minutes at high fire in the hot oil.
I put the wine and the soy sauce in the pan and I added the sugar.
I cooked for 2 minutes more and I served hot.
