What did I use
a baking tray, a little pot, a colander, a wooden spoon, a knife
Ingredients
Brussels sprouts: 100 gr
Tagliatelle: 80 gr
Milk: 1 glass
Flour: 1 spoon
Butter: a spoon
Semi-soft cheese, minced: 2 spoons
Big salt, fine salt, black pepper, white pepper, cinnamon powder as required
How did I do
I boiled the Brussels sprouts in salted water. When they were cooked I took them off the water and boiled the tagliatelle al dente in the same water.
I cut the Brussels sprouts in pieces and mixed them with the pasta and the spoon of butter directly in the baking tray.
I boiled the milk, added salt and pepper and flour. When it boiled again and started to compact I poured the sauce in the pasta and mixed with a spoon of cheese.
I levelled the pasta with the spoon and covered with the remaining cheese.
I baked in the oven at 190 °C for about 15/20 minutes.
I served warm.
Buon appetito!
