Round courgettes stuffed with rice and peas

A vegetarian recipe which is very simple and nice to see and that tastes sweet and tasty.

What did I use

A glass bowl,a pot, a cutting board, a knife, a plastic bowl

Ingredients

zucchini: 4

Rice: 300/350 gr

Can peas: 150 gr, dried

Tomato sauce: 1 teaspoon

Minced Grana padano or Parmesan (or Parmesan mixed with other cheeses cut in little pieces): 4 full spoons

How did I do

I cooked in the microwave the zucchini in the large glass bowl covered with salted water until they were soft in the center when I perforated it with a fork.

In the meanwhile, I cooked the rice and mixed it with cheese, tomato sauce and peas.

I cut the upper part of the zucchini, and with the spoon I took off the central part.

I filled with rice and cooked in the microwave or in the oven in grill modality until they were brown on the surface.
