I had some remaining crepes in the fridge and in this is my peanut butter period: I try it with everything, sweet and savory, cooked and plain, for sauces, for pasta and so on… that’s how this idea was born, and I have to say, it is super yummy!
Time of preparation

What did I use
a baking tray, a pot, a whisk, a knife
Ingredients
1 banana, big
3 teaspoons of peanut butter
1 glass of milk
1 tablespoon of honey+ as required
1 tablespoon of flour
3 big crepes or 3 small ones
How did i do
I reheated the oven at 180°C.
I prepared the bechamel. In the pot I whisked milk, sugar and flour. I continued to mix while cooking at slow fire until I had a dense batter.
I spreaded the center of every crepe with one teaspoon of peanut putter and put 1/3 of the banana on it, cut in slices. I poured 1 spoon of bechamel on it and roll the crepes to close them.
I spreaded three spoons of bechamel in the baking tray, put the crepes one near the other on it and poured the remaining bechamel on them.
I sprinkled with sugar and cooked for about 20 minutes or until brownish.
I served lukewarm.
Buon appetito!
