Versione italiana in fase di lavorazione…
I had some remaining crepes in the fridge and in this is my peanut butter period: I try it with everything, sweet and savory, cooked and plain, for sauces, for pasta and so on… that’s how this idea was born, and I have to say, it is super yummy!
Time of preparation
about 30 minutes
What do you need
a baking tray, a pot, a whisk, a knife
1 banana, big
3 teaspoons of peanut butter
2 glasses of milk
1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar + as required
1 1/2 tablespoon of flour
Reheat the oven at 180°C.
Prepare the bechamel. In the pot whisk milk, sugar and flour. Continue to mix while cooking at slow fire until you’ll have a dense batter.
Spread the center of every crepe with one teaspoon of peanut putter and put 1/3 of the banana on it, cut in slices. Pour 1 spoon of bechamel on it and roll the crepes to close them.
Spread three spoons of bechamel in the baking tray, put the crepes one near the other on it and pour the remaining bechamel on them.
Sprinkle with sugar and cook for about 20 minutes or until brownish.
