Butter pizza

This dough is really soft and tasty inside and crunchy on the borders, thanks to the butter. One of the easiest and yummiest way to make baking-tray homemade pizza.

Time of preparation

about 30 minutes + growing



What did I use

2 baking trays, two large bowls, two rags


500 gr of flour

50 gr of sugar

10 gr of salt

40 gr of butter

a little bag of dry yeast

250 ml of water

oil as required

How did I do

I mixed together flour, salt, sugar and yeast. I let the butter melt in the microwave and I added at the dry ingredients together with water. I started to knead. I knead for about 10 minutes with the hands, until the dough was compact and smooth.

I divided it in two parts, I kneaded few minutes more and I put it in the two bowls. I let it grow until it doubled in volume, covered with the rags.

I stretched the doughd directly in the baking trays slightly oiled with the hands, I let it grow half an hour more, covered. I dressed them with cheese, oregano and ham or mixed vegetables and I baked at 180°C for about 30 minutes.

I served warm.
