
I created this super fast salad thinking about summer, of eating it in the open air with family and friends.

What did I use
A cutting board, a knife, a blender, a glass bowl, a spoon
Ingredients
Fresh champignons: 300 gr
Lemon juice: 2 spoons
Grain mustard: 1 little spoon
Olive oil: 3 spoons
Minced parsley
Salad
Chili pepper
How did I do
I cleaned and cut the champignons in slices, I put them in the bowl and I wetted them with some lemon juice.
I put mustard, some water, some lemon juice, some oil, salt, chili pepper in the blender to create a sauce.
I dressed the champignons with the sauce and mixed well, I finally added the parsley.
A tasty idea could be that of serving the salad on slices of grilled garlic bread.
