I wanted to dress my salad in a different way, and opening the pantry I saw the peanut butter. Here I had an idea for a super tasty dressing, with a high-protein content and healthy, to give energy to a simple side dish.

a bowl, a whisk
Ingredients
Soy sauce: 1 full spoon
Peanut butter: 2 spoons
Honey: 2 spoons
Vinegar: half a spoon
Water + coconut milk as required
How did I do
I mixed all the ingredients but the water with the whisk to well amalgamate them.
I added water mixed with coconut milk as required to obtain a creamy and smooth sauce.
I served on some mixed salad with some bread.
