I had the desire of a dinner both tasty and light, both nutritious and low calories, both fancy and delicate… and I din’t have time to cook! That’s how this salad was born, with an unexpected combination but amazingly pleasant, a perfect mix between sweet, sour and salted.

What did I use
a cutting board, a knife, a little bowl, a whisk, a spoon
Ingredients
orange: half
red onion: half
tuna (natural): 150 gr more or less
mixed salad as required
white greek yoghurt: 1 full spoon
olive oil: 1 little spoon
lemon juice: 1 spoon
milk: 2 tablespoons
salt as required
minced parsley and basil as required
How did I do
I cut the onion in thin slices, the orange in little cubes and I rougly broke the salad into pieces with the hands. I finished to prepare the salad adding tuna and mixing.
In the bowl, I mixed the greek yoghurt with salt, oil, lemon juice, milk and parsley and basil. I dressed the salad and served with some bread and fresh parsley.
Buon appetito!
